I'm Nettie Belle the Clown.  In clown years, I'm 8 years old.  I reside in Michigan City, Indiana.  Birthday parties have become a big part of my life, with theme costumes as my specialty.  That is, I may make a clown costume using licensed fabrics to coordinate with the theme of your party; however, I am not affiliated with these characters or their owner in any way and I do NOT COME AS THAT CHARACTER.

I have loved children of all ages as long as I can remember, and find that children are all unique and wonderful.  I identify with children and when I'm around them, and they are naturally drawn to me.  Maybe because I'm a kid at heart!
